- Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are available based on the agreed-upon service terms, subject to our Refund Policy.
- Intellectual Property
- Ownership: Sedulous retains ownership of all materials created until full payment is received. Once payment is complete, ownership rights to deliverables transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified.
- Client Content: By providing Sedulous with any text, images or other media for your project, you affirm you have rights to the content and grant us a license to use it for the duration of the project.
- User Obligations
