- Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis, based on the specific terms outlined in our service agreement with you.
- Refunds apply solely to web design and graphic design services and are not applicable to third-party costs or fees, including hosting, domain purchases or software licenses procured for your project.
- Refund Requests
- Send your request to info@sedulous.co with a detailed description of the reason for your refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 - 5 business days.
- Partial Refunds
- If a project is in progress and you decide to discontinue services, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
- Refund calculations for partially completed work are determined by the specific milestones reached as outlined in the project proposal.
- Non-Refundable Services
- Customized Design Deliverables: Due to the personalized nature of our web and graphic design services, refunds are not provided once final designs are delivered and accepted by you.
- Payments processed through Razorpay are subject to their refund policies. Any transaction fees from Razorpay are non-refundable.
